Get into the Spotlight
The MicupList Spotlight puts selected bots and servers in the most visible places of the site. There are three areas, each reaching a different audience; the sections below show what each one looks like.

Homepage hero
The large rotating banner at the very top of the homepage, right under the search box. Your banner (or a blurred avatar) fills the whole card; the name, short description, tags and the Invite / Join button stand out.

- Requirements
- An approved listing with content that follows the guidelines. A 4:1 banner (e.g. 1600×400) is strongly recommended; without one your avatar is used, large and blurred.
- Price and conditions
- Free for now; applications are reviewed by the team.

Featured shelf
The “Featured” shelf below the hero on the homepage: a horizontal strip of large bot and server cards. Each card shows a banner strip, the icon overlapping it and a label such as “Bot of the week”.

- Homepage visitors; the first cards show right away, the rest when scrolling sideways.

- Cards sit side by side in the team’s order; they do not rotate, visitors scroll.

- 7, 14, or 30 days
- Requirements
- An approved listing with content that follows the guidelines. A 4:1 banner is recommended for the strip on top of the card; the first two lines of the description show, so keep it short and clear.
- Price and conditions
- Free for now; applications are reviewed by the team.

Top of the list
Gold-framed cards pinned above the results on page 1 of /bots and /servers. Visitors browsing categories see them first; bots appear on the bot list, servers on the server list.

Frequently asked questions
Does the Spotlight cost anything?
There is no paid package at the moment. The team reviews every application; quality, following the guidelines and free capacity decide.
When will I hear back?
Usually within a few days. You get a site notification and a Micup DM when a decision is made; you can also follow the status in “Your applications” on this page.
Do I choose the label on the card?
You can suggest a Turkish and an English label in the form (e.g. “Bot of the week”). The team uses it when it fits; left empty, the card says “Featured”.
What if I have no banner?
The hero and the shelf use your avatar, enlarged and blurred, as the background. We recommend uploading a 4:1 banner for a more striking look.
Can I be removed from the Spotlight?
The card leaves on its own when the period ends. Staff may end it early if the listing breaks the guidelines, loses its approval or is marked +18.
