What's new

We publish the changes we make to MicupList here: new features, improvements and fixes.

  1. Improved

Team management in tabs and team bans

The team management page is split into tabs, and members with the right permission can now ban someone from the team.

    • Find things quickly in the General, Appearance, Members, Roles, Joining, Listings and Advanced tabs.
    • Members with the permission can ban a member and leave a note.
    • A banned member is removed from the team and their invites are cancelled.
    • They cannot rejoin until the ban is lifted.

  2. Improved

Homepage Bots | Servers tabs and live votes

The homepage now switches between bots and servers with one click and shows votes live.

    • Switch the homepage with the Bots | Servers tabs.
    • The Live votes card shows votes as they come in.
    • Vote buttons show the total number of votes.
    • The “Most voted” sections rank by that same number.

  3. Improved

Names, avatars and banners sync from Micup

Your bots' details now update from Micup on their own, with nothing to do by hand.

    • Bot names and avatars refresh from Micup regularly.
    • Empty banners are filled from the Micup profile banner; images you uploaded are never touched.
    • Your team's bots and servers now show on My bots and My servers too.

  4. Improved

Clearer reports: reasons and outcome notices

Picking a report reason is clearer, and you now hear how your report ended.

    • The report dialog shows a short explanation for each reason.
    • Some reasons ask you for a short description.
    • When your report is closed, you get a notification with the team's note.
    • The notification never names the staff member who handled it.
    Read the guidelines
  5. Improved

    Developer API: richer vote checks

The vote check now returns much more, which makes vote-locked commands easier to build.

    • The vote check returns when the vote was cast, when the next one is allowed and the cooldown.
    • The new /v1/bots/{id}/votes/{userId} endpoint looks up a single user's vote.
    • Try your webhook right away with the test button in the webhook settings.
    • The Docs page has a step-by-step guide to vote-locked commands.
